Borage
Round velvety and juicy leaves, this unique flower microgreen has a very refreshing and particular cucumber like taste.
Celosia
Bright green pink and orange long leaves, and stems with a mild earthy flavor.
Nasturtium
Dark green round leaves, peppery flavor, licorice with floral notes, definitely a favorite.

Basil (Traditional)
Tiny basil leaves, very aromatic, sweet classic italian basil flavor.
Cilantro
Small deep green cilantro true leaves powered with a bold and fresh flavor, perfect pair for seafood.
Fennel
Delicate thin leaves with a licorice, sweet, anise zingy flavor.
Shiso Britton
Slightly spicy flavor with notes of basil, grapes, peppermint, cinnamon.

Anise
Serrated green leaves, delicate licorice sweet flavor.
Parsley
Bright green saw-toothed leaves with a more intense flavor than regular parsley, slow grower but an Italian favorite.
Chervil
Medium dark green leaves with texture, this herb has a celery like flavor, great for seafood, salads.
Red Veined Sorrel
Round green leaves with red veins, citrus, tangy slightly bitter flavor. Versatile in many types of cuisine, great addition to seafood, salads, desserts.
Celery
Bright green true leaves, with a mild celery flavor, suggested for soups, or dips.
Lemon Balm
Light green serrated leaf with a hint of lemon zest, and basil.

Arugula
Round small green leaves and serrated true leaves, peppery, spicy, good on pasta, and salads.
Pea Tendrils
Pea tendrils are a baby version of pea vines, round leaves and small curls, earthy spinach and pea like flavor. Great garnish for breakfast, beef cuts.
Also good when sautéed.
Broccoli
Dark green round leaves, one of the varieties with more protein, earthy mild flavor, perfect to pair beef cuts.
Kale Red Russian
Purple stems and dark purple leaf, mild with a similar spinach taste like.
Pink Radish
Striking pink-hued stems and delicate green leaves. Tender structure and a peppery flavor milder than mature radishes. Pair it with seafood, ceviches and sashimis.
Cabbage
Green leaves with vibrant red and purple stems, with a delicate cabbage flavor, mildly peppery with a hint of sweetness.
Red Mizuna
Red true leaves with magenta and shades of green cotyledons, mild peppery flavor. Cross between arugula and mustard.
Red Radish
Crisp texture. Featuring round intense and vibrant purple cotyledons and stem with a refreshing peppery crunch.
Cress
Three lobed leaves, this microgreen is seriously flavorful, mild spice and sweetness with a beautiful visual profile.
Mustard Ruby
Beautiful purple colored leaves and light green stems, savory, spicy and nuanced peppery flavor.

Amaranth
Fuchsia delicate stems with dark pink and red slim leaves. One of our favorites for its nutty, sweet and earthy flavor. High protein values.
Bulls Blood Beet
Red and green bi petal with an intense magenta stem, delicious and bold earthy beet flavor.
Scallion
Green, filamentous leaves with a mild, onion-like taste, pretty versatile, can be used in many different cuisines to add a fresh, oniony flavor.
Golden Beet
Bright green leaves with a golden vein and stem, slightly sweeter than regular beets.
Carrot
Very delicate textured leaves and a mild sweet carrot flavor. Slow grower with a rewarding harvest.
All blends and mixes are customizable, allowing you to create your own blend, always keeping in mind that different varieties will take different growing periods, however it won’t be an obstacle to build up your own mix according to your needs.
